Exchange rate at the time of PO vs. GRN for Import PO

Hi team, good evening. I want to have an input on the exchange rate in RMS. The scenario is : created Import Order with an Exchange rate and while Receiving the exchange rate is changed. Based on my understanding, the tran_code 20 / GRN will be posted to ledgers based on PO exchange rate only which was captured in ORDHEAD. Even though exchange rate is changed between PO approval time and Order Receiving time, it will not be fetched the exchange rate at the time of GRN. PLease correct my understanding and let me know id there any way we
