HCM Image 24 is running in VirtualBox but I cannot get to the PIA logon page.

I installed HCM Image 24 with Bridged Adaptor (specific IP address) on a Windows 2012 R2 standard physical machine.  VirtualBox is the latest version 5.1.30 r118389 (Qt5.6.2). The shell is running, however when I try to logon to PIA using IE 11 I get the Page Cannot Be Displayed message.  I'm using the domain name that I specified during the install.  http://hr92u024.anywhere.com:8000/psp/ps/?cmd=login  This has always worked for me with previous Images.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  I downloaded the image the week after it was made available.
