ARM Status Change Notification E-mails Logic for Once a day notifications

Hello,

I am using FCM version 11.1.2.4.201.  I would like a little
more information on status change notification e-mails, specifically when they
are set as once a day.  It appears users are getting the e-mail at 6
am, which I read in some of the other discussions is normal.   My
questions is does the e-mail get sent the following day no matter what that
status is currently in the system?  Example, a preparer submits a
reconciliation and the status changes to with reviewer at 10:20 am on October 23.
The reviewer does their process and approves at 10:40 am on October 23.
The reconciliation closes at 10:40am on October 23.   The reviewer
