Allocation_data is not Generating distribution files Properly

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

Allocation_data_downld_sh is not pulling the distribution files properly, When we are updating Transaction_ts column to "null" in Allocation_data to then script is generating distribution file

So this consuming much time to generate manually,

Can anyone help me, when table Allocation_data will populate and why the distribution file is not generating though Allocation_data is having record
