When the user tries to switch to Fluid Mode, they are kicked out to Financials page login

Hi Everyone;

We have upgraded Interaction Hub, Campus Solutions, and Human Resources from PT8.53.24 to Pt 8.55.18. We also have Financial on PT 8.53 and at this point, we are not upgrading Financial to PT 8.55.18.

Currently, we are encountering an issue that when the user tries to switch to Fluid Mode, they are kicked out to Financials page login.

If anyone has experienced anything like this and were able to resolve, I would appreciate any information you can share.

Any suggestion(s) will be appreciated.
