Reassign Button Appear Even After Adding #HIDE_REASSIGN

Hello,

I have added an attribute to hide reassign button in my custom workflow, see the enclosed screenshot for reference. When I execute the workflow I am still able to see the Reassign button.

What could be the reason and what am I doing incorrectly?
