unable to see vacation rules link in worklist

We are unable to see the vacation rules link on the worklist page.  When I click on the  Personalization Page link in the upper right hand corner to the Worklist page, I see Tip: (NtfWorklistFn.vacationRulesTip) but the Shown and  User Personalizable columns are null.  Can we change them to Yes so we can see the link?
