Broken promise record in UWQ

I would like to know when does the promise to broken record disappear from UWQ node.

My situation: I have one record appearing in in UWQ under promise broken node. Later, the delinquency was paid. I then ran the IEX: Reconciliation program to update the broken promises records. my expectation was that the promise broken records pertaining to paid invoice should not appear in the UWQ as it was paid by customer. But it still appears under broken promises node in spite of no delinquency

exists. Please note that the promise broken was cancelled before receiving payment from customer.
