How does PYMNT_VCHR_WTHD populate?  We have few vouchers  that didn't appear in PYMNT_VCHR_WTHD record. It's vendor  has been marked as 1099 . .  Few vouchers of the same vendor are listed in PYMNT_VCHR_WTHD record.

Please post this question in APPO 1099 report user group. I tried to search for it but couldn't find.
