Error while installing RMS DB V16.0

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue while installing RMS16.0 DB schema, SID=MOMDEV, I have RMS schema existing in this DB. Facing an issue while running installer. I am setting $ORACLE_SID but o dont seem to be understood why it is giving me an error.

Do I need to install any packages on this or are there any pre-installations tasks. Hep is needed.

ERROR: $ORACLE_SID not set properly or MOMDEV is not a valid database

ERROR: /u02/db/oradb/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/rdbms/demo/demo.mk is does not exists or is not readable
