Migration of 'Definition Security' changes

Is there a delivered way to migrated PS Definition Security between environments?   We are changing Groups and Permission List values via the Definition Security tool (App Designer -> Go -> Definition Security) but I cannot find a way to move those changes around (ie DEV -> TST -> Prod).   Is there something I am missing?

We Tools 8.53.

Maybe a Data Migration Workbench Dataset?

Do we use DMS and export/import PSOBJGROUP and PSOPROBJ?

Concerned because those tables have the Version number field and then corrupting/confusing App Server cache.
