Accessing Installation Docs for HCM 9.2 Image 24 on MOS get 404 error

As of this morning (10/30/2017), I get a 404 error when I click on the links to the Installation documentation for HCM 9.2 Image 24 on the PUM Home Page (Doc ID 1641843.2). Is anyone else experiencing this?
