RMAN Back up Failed with error ORA-19513.

Hello friends,

One of my database backup is failing with the below error.

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on bi_sbt_backup_1 channel at 10/31/2017 19:17:29

ORA-19513: failed to identify sequential file

ORA-27206: requested file not found in media management catalog

I am new to this technology and my apologies that I am not sure what additional information should I provide.

Appreciate any help to figure out this issue.
