Mobile Approvals - Expense Report Project, Task Information?

Hi Gurus,

We are under process of implementing mobile approvals on our R12.1.3 apps environment. As we are testing now, came to know few things that it doesn't show details same like approval notification

which we see on email or core application under worklist.

1) How to extend mobile application approval notification, can we do it like VO extension?

2) On mobile approval expense report approval notification, it's not showing project, task information. Which is key for us before approving.

3) Are we missing any setup or profile option to show additional required details?

Could you please let me know if we are missing any patches or any other.
