PeopleSoft Bank Reconciliation for Stop Checks after PUM 24 - BNK_RECON_AP marks Payment and Bank St

PeopleSoft BANK_RECON_AP after PUM 18 should mark the Stop Check with RECON_TRANS_CODE of either 'CHK' or 'S' 　as STOP exception status. Instead the process marks　the Stop Check as reconciled with 'REC' RECON_STATUS in both BANK_STMT_TBL and PAYMENT_TBL considering the Stop as a genuine check, but not as an exception.
