GL Reconciliation worklist items are not getting removed from the approver worklist after being canc

Hi,

We are using delivered GL Reconciliation workflow in PS FIN 9.2. Has anyone had an issue with Reconciliation worklist item not getting removed from the approver worklist after being cancelled on the reconciliation workbench by the Admin?
