Bi Report not printing group totals properly

I have a BU Report that's not printing group totals properly.  The report has 3 group by sections, The highest level is Vendor ID, then Deduction Code and then Business Unit.  It prints the Business Unit properly.  When it should be printing Deduction Code Total, it includes the Vendor Total.  I'm using <?for-each-group@section:current-group(); because of having the need for variables in the header.
