RMS version 16 CFA security filtering / qualifier function setups

Hi, has anyone setup the security/qualifier function for v16?

Qe're considering using the qualifier function to check for the user and his permissions in restricting access to the CFA screen / data itself. However, i believe the NAV_*** tables are already removed and the user access is setup in RAAC and I believe this si not setup somewhere in the RMS database tables so we cannot query this from the qualifier function (other than setup on a custom table / code detail, etc).

Anyone knows how to do the security filtering setup other than the qualifier function? I can only see high level descriptions in Oracle documents so not much to work with for now.
