IEX: Staged Dunning Letter Template Not Picked By IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers Progra

Hi Experts,

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.6 and would just like to use basic AR functionality.(Not advanced functionality).

As per note Doc ID 389443.1, I have done setup steps for migrating from AR.

1) Completed Questionnaire. Used Account level dunning plan

1) Migrated dunning letter through 'IEX: Dunning Letter Sets Migration for Staged Dunning'.

2) ran 'IEX: Scoring Engine Harness' program.

3) Finally ran 'IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers' program with Draft mode.

System gives output of IEX: Dunning Concurrent Report template instead of IEX: Staged Dunning Letter Template.

In dunning plan setup, I assigned the seeded template IEX: Staged Dunning Letter Template for all the levels.
