DEPT Drop Down List is Not working in SIM V16 Application

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

         We have set up the SIM V16 application and we have loaded the data. But When we try to look up the items via Dept Drop Down it's not listing the Dept we have given in the backend. Kindly Please suggest me on this.
