Tran Code 20 Total Cost is Inclusive of VAT?

Hi ,

We are trying to implement VAT in RMS version 12 in UAE. I have below 2 questions-

1)Want to know if Tran_Code 20 transaction should include VAT or it should exclude VAT since we will be posting Tran code 87 to account VAT cost?

2)If Tran Code 20 cost is VAT inclusive , will it(VAT component of TC 20) affect WAC(Average Cost) in item_loc_SOH?
