Error You are not authorized to run the multi-process job in GL process

Hello Team,

We are getting error for General Ledger process as

"and  is an invalid process definition. You are not authorized to run the multi-process job named PSJob. Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running"

I have tried with bounce and clear cache of Process scheduler.

Following information you may need:

PeopleSoft Finance 9.2

Tools 8.55
