PeopleSoft Password Controls Question

Hi all,

I have a peculiar situation around using PeopleSoft Password controls. We have two PeopleSoft systems in place - HCM and FSCM on Application version 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.53.06

We would like to enable password controls on both Applications, so that if someone has a hard-coded password in either applications, they should be prompted to reset their passwords.

Now, the problem is this: we have Active Directory(AD) enabled and if users login using their AD credentials, they should be able to login just fine. But, if they have a hard-coded password specified in their user profile and it is about to expire, it causes issues when accessing a HCM application page from FSCM and vice-versa.
