I am creating credit memos through the Dispute functionality in Advanced Collections. I have a requirement to update the natural account on the Credit Memo based on the Return Reason Code. Out of the box the Credit Memo credits the Revenue Account from the Transaction being credited but I am working on Subledger Accounting to update the Revenue Account using an Account Derivation Rule. SLA provides seeded sources for Credit Memo Return Reason and Credit Memo Line Return Reason. Line Return Reason works but the Header does not.
