Error 'XML is Invalid' returned when attempting to build PUM24 Change-Package

Hello,  In HCM 9.2 using the Change-Assistant and attempting to define the change-package for PUM24, I am not able to enter a Package-Name without the error "xml is invalid".  After clearing the popup, the page is hung-up and cannot be processed any further.  I read about the same issue related to Job-Data in "25659271".  I applied to the Image the 2 available PRP's "updPRJ26911761" and "updPRJ26981917".  Any suggestions are appreciated.

Source database: 8.56.01

Target database: 8.53.25
