How to close transfer

We are in RMS 13.2.8.   I need help to understand how external transfer to be closed in the following circumstance:

1.  Fully shipped, fully received - closed by Docclose batch

2.  Fully shipped, partially received - closed by Docclose batch (how to determine the close day?)

3.  Partially shipped, fully received - closed by tsfclose batch if tsf_clsoe_overdue set is "Y" + auto_close_days based on the type of transfer

4.  Partially shipped, partially received - closed by tsfclose batch if tsf_clsoe_overdue set is "Y" + auto_close_days based on the type of transfer

How the below zero receipt transfer to be closed?  Does it require manual closed in RMS?
