Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Overdue amount not able to see in collections work bench window

Hi Guru's,

I am not able to see few of the customers over due amount in collection workbench window, May i know the what could be the reason.

Please let me know if i need to be run any specify program for that results.
