Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What are the steps and best approach to migrate from 13.0 to 16.0?

Applications involved are RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, RTM, RWMS and SIM.
