Application to Automatically Increment Dates/Times on a Run Control Page

My company has opted not to use an automated job/process scheduler (e.g. AutoSys) and would like Oracle/PeopleSoft to develop functionality to automatically increment dates/times on a run control page.  We have several processes (e.g. receipt accrual, journal generation, etc.) that require specific dates (and/or times) on the run control page.  We have developed a custom solution that generally meets the needs of the business, but we would like a more robust, delivered solution that could be generally used by all the PeopleSoft modules for all clients.  This solution would have the flexibility to increment values on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and possibly an annually and/or an hourly basis.
