Exporting/Importing Combination Rule?

We are building new combination rules in a test environment, and some combination rules are quite large (i.e. 90 Anchor ChartFields).  Is there a way to export combination rules to import into our production system without someone having to manually build them again?

We've identified seven records associated with the combo rules, so I am exploring the possibility of directly migrating the underlying data using SQL.
