After ERS, GST taxes not populated in payable invoice

Hi,

                       GST taxes not populated in payable invoice after ERS was completed.In invoice lines, tax has populated for the line 1 item and other lines taxes not populated and Some invoices, the tax amount generated as separate invoice in payable. This issues happening for some suppliers only.
