PeopleTool upgradation from 8.54 to 8.56

Hi,

i want to upgrade PeopleTool from 8.54 to 8.56. kindly guide me.i need another help in regard that what will be the sequence to upgrade PeopleSoft CMS Application 9.0, PeopleTool 8.54 and oracle database 12c.
