What is the enhancement in Image 24 for Billing electronic invoices for the new European Union directive?  What does this apply to? certain customers we do business with in the European Union?  I need more information on this issue so I can determine how this may apply to us and whether we need to make any changes regarding this issue.  Does this pertain to ebills or Billing modules?
