Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PeopleSoft 9.1 AWE Journal Approval

Hi,

We have AWE approval set up for Journal approval in GL. The Journal approval is happening at source level.

When a journal is submitted for a certain source say "X", AWE process is looking for all the sources defined in

AWE stage 2, thus impacting the performance when a journal is submitted for approval.

Has someone faced this issue? Please provide feedback.
