While importing the data into table,inserted ?????? special characters instead of Arabic description

Hi Team,

We have an staging table, while importing the data into staging table, some special characters like ???????? inserted into the Short_desc column.( For Ex; we need to insert SHORT_DESC as Arabic desc but while importing the file , questions marks(????????) coming into the SHORT_DESC column).

Could anyone tell the reason,why the special characters coming while importing the data.
