Work Center migration not using the Data Migration Workbench

We had an issue with our Demo environment and currently are unable to boot up our application server.  As part of some training, our business partners make some modifications to the work centers in the demo environment.  They want that information pulled forward to our test environment.  Does anyone know how I can extract that information (workcenters)  without going through the front end and the Data Migration workbench?
