OID , invoke save failing with LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:-1ms error

I have OID instance running on a different box and registered with domain , while running the wlst custom commands for OID to set the OID parameters invoke load works fine but invoke save is failing with LDAP response read timed out error

I am using JDK 7u80

Error: javax.management.MBeanException: LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:-1ms
