Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

We want to use the Billing Excel uploader but without using the xmllink.

We know it's possible to do this with the Journal and Voucher uploader as described in the doc ID below : 662674.1

Anybody know if it's possible to do this with Billing Excel uploader ?
