Redaction in PeopleSoft Pages

Hi, We are in the process of implementing Redaction in PeopleSoft Applications- both in Data base level and Application front. We have created the Context to set the values for Name space attributes which in turn used as a expression for creating Policies in table level. Based on the criteria defined in the redaction policy- all the pages using the same Table in PeopleSoft Application gets redacted. However we are in a situation where we want the data not to be redacted in Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service pages but where as in all other pages - the data should be redacted. For example: Phone number in PERSONAL_PHONE table shouldn't be redacted in Employee Self Service or Manager Self Service pages where User is allowed to see his/her own Phone number in ESS page and also authorized to see his/her Direct/Indirect Reportees Phone number in MSS pages. But if the same user navigates to Modify a person page in Workforce Administration, all the Phone number's
