How does the BNK_RCN_MAN_TBL in bank reconciliation get populated?

Hello,

Can anyone help me in finding out the role of the BNK_RCN_MAN_TBL in bank reconciliation? How does this table get populated? We tried manual, semi-manual as well as automatic reconciliation, but see that it is blank.
