EBS OAM SSO Issue - Redirecting to http://:7777ebsauth_/ssologin" with reponse 499 "Oracle SSO"

EBS 12.1.3 , OAM R2PS3 integeration .

Unable to login at login page it is getting redirected to http://:7777ebsauth_/ssologin .

In the Http Header , getting Response Code "http/1.1 302" at Apps Login page and Response code "Http/1.1 499 Oracle SSO" at /ssologin page.

Experts please help me on this , Following error is getting thrown at accessgate :
