India - Check Delivery Interface has gone into error and partial data has not been inserted in GL_IN

Hi All,

After ship confirm India Check delivery interface concurrent request going into the error and giving error "Delivery Id :1205339, Exception Entity :OM_INTERFACE, Error Message : Encountered an error in JAI_WSH_TAX_DET_PKG.determine_factors. ".  I observed that, few lines only are being inserted into the GL_INTERFACE table.

What could be the reason?
