IIS 32 bit application support for Oracle Access Manager 12C

Is there a way to use Webgate on a IIS 32 bit application integrated with Oracle Access Manager 12c? Looking at upgrading to OAM 12c, however I've noticed Oracle have dropped support for the 10g agent, which I believe is the only way Webgate can work with 32-bit IIS application.
