Tuxedo RP on PUM image guidance

hello I want to apply RP023 to my FSCM 9.2 image 25.

To do so I assume I need to connect as psadm1 ?

Then I did:

  export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/pt/bea

  cd $ORACLE_HOME/p27127290_122200_Linux-x86-64 (where I downloaded the patch)

  $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch apply 26694193.zip

but the output is: This patch is not needed !!! I assume there is something wrong with the inventory ?
