Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Consider cycle forward charges of 100 with tax has 12 $ , so total 112$

Assume billing done and bill due = 112.

Assume payment of 66.

Will it reduce the tax amount?

What happens to tax ?
