Missing Application Package Structure

Hi Team,

We have a custom Application Package where Application package peoplecode has been migrated to Production environment successfully from lower testing environment.   But the Application Package structure has not been migrated properly to production.

Additionally, would like to mention that the lower environment has been refreshed with production data.  

FYI, This is not creating any issues in Production. I would like to know is there is a way to attach the existing Application Peoplecode to App package structure or should we recreate the structure ?

Please advise. Thank you.
