How to increase processing time for asynchronous message (in PeopleTools 8.53)?

Hi,

We have couple of queues in Integration Broker, where the asynchronous messages are getting timedout very frequently.

We have checker job which runs every two hours to check for 'timeout' or 'error' messages and it is failing all the time because it finding at least one timeout message.

How do we increase asynchronous message processing time?

We are on 9.2, tools 8.53
