Where is PTENGS.DB from PT8.56.xx

Need to setup a Tools only database using PT8.56.xx. According to MOS, the newer version of DPKs are accumulative, so no need to install PT8.56.0 then patch to higher level. However, I can't find the PTENGS.db file after download 8.56.05,either using the Linux platform or the VCD version. Can someone point to me to this file?
