Integration with collection agencies

I like to know what we have out of the box (for example in Advanced Collections) for integration with collection agencies.

I did find this doc

But I wonder if we have customers using it. In the past we've build quite some customizations to do the integration, because we need to be able to pass on cases, but also take them back and report on it as well. So you need to be able to see which cases are transferred to the debt agency. Next to that in some cases clients pay directly and sometimes through the agency. So you need to be able to handle those payments depending on your agreements with the agencies. And you need to know when to do the final write-off
