PeopleTools 8.54 Reference issues: Link Failure

I need a good link to use for reference for PeopleTools 8.54.  Is there another place to get to the references?

In the following Peoplesoft PeopleTools reference page:

Most (95%) of the links returned by Search result in the following error:

Oracle PeopleSoft Error PageRelease 9 (9.0)

Actually - I haven't found a link that works.

I have tried the search box in the left pane, as well as the search link in the upper right of the web-page.
